Are DAMA products made from real human hair?

Yes. All DAMA products are made from 100% premium natural human hair, offering a soft texture, natural shine, and realistic appearance.

  • Remy hair extensions are the highest grade of hair used in the industry. Remy means the hair cuticles are aligned to ensure the set feels silky, smooth and remains knot and tangle free. 

Yes. DAMA hair products can be straightened, curled, and blow-dried. We recommend always using a heat protectant and avoiding excessive heat to maintain hair quality.

Yes, since the hair is natural. However:

  • Professional coloring is strongly recommended

  • Avoid heavy or repeated bleaching

  • Colored or altered products are non-returnable

What is the difference between a wig and a topper?

  • Wigs: Cover the entire head

  • Toppers (Front Hair Systems): Designed to conceal thinning hair at the front or crown without wearing a full wig

Absolutely. Especially wigs with silk base or lace base, which provide a realistic scalp and natural hairline appearance.

✨ Hair Extensions

What is the difference between clip-in and permanent extensions?

  • Clip-in extensions: Temporary, easy to install and remove
  • Permanent extensions (HD / Tape-In): Long-lasting, seamless, and designed for extended wear

  • DAMA hair extensions are made from the highest grade of Remy Human hair on the market. How long your product lasts depends on how you treat and use the product. Please Read the care instructions section.

  • At DAMA, we use the highest quality Tape adhesive on the market. The tape itself is made in the USA and has a blue backing. Once the tab is removed, the tape is clear & undetectable. The tape has a very strong hold and will will remain applied for 8 weeks until they need moving up/re-taping. The tapes will hold even during sport, swimming, showering & washing.

     

  • DAMA tape hair extensions have been designed so they can quickly and easily be applied within 30 minutes.

  • As a general guide, we recommend 40 pieces if your hair is fine/thin and you want to add some everyday thickness, or 80 pieces if your natural hair is thick and you want superior results & lots of volume.

  •  With correct use & care, they will need re-taping every 6-8 weeks and should last approximately 3-12 months.

  • DAMA tape hair extensions provide a semi-permanent hair extension method that is gentle on your hair, lightweight and comfortable once applied in the hair. As such, our tape in extensions will not cause any damage to your natural hair

  • GCC countries: 3–7 business days

  • Other countries: 5–10 business days

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes, within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Not cut, dyed, or altered in any way

No. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been used or altered.
