Return & Exchange Policy

At DAMA Hair Extension, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit, and so for whatever reason, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange. Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Important Note :
  • You Can Return or Exchange within 3 Day from Delivery Day
  • Hair products is a personal products so we will not accept return or exchange for any products opened, used, colored, worn or tampered.
  • The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
  • The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return

For a Refund

  • Refund will be only for online payment ( Tabby – Debit Card – Credit Card )
  • We can not make refund for Cash on Delivery but you still can return your product and the amount will be as a credit on your account you can use any time you want.
  • Customers can return the item for a refund or exchange within 3 of receipt of merchandise
  • Refunds are for the product price at the time of purchase only and Postage is non-refundable.
  • Please beware that due to health and safety measures we will NOT accept any used/worn or tempered product.
  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will process the refund within 24-48 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
