Regarding To Items Ready For Shipping

• We dispatch any order made before 12.00 pm on the same working day (weekends and public holidays are not considered as a working day). Orders placed after 12.00 pm will normally be posted on the next working day.
• Any order made on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• You must provide us with correct details including the full delivery address in order to process your order quickly and efficiently. It is highly recommended that your delivery address is the same as your billing address.
• Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
• You must provide your email address (for your order confirmation) and preferably your contact number for any communication if necessary. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched.
• If you have not received your item within the specified time frame please contact us as soon as possible.
